INGREDIENTS

1 ripe avocado

1 lime finely grated zest and juice
1 tablespoon snipped chives
1 tablespoon light sour cream

METHOD

Scoop avocado flesh into a small food processor. Add lime juice zest and chives. Pulse until finely chopped. Add sour cream and pulse until smooth.
